Ilocos is approximately 9 hours away from Manila.
My cousins and I decided to join a group tour which only cost us Php 3,900/ pax (Board and Lodging, daily breakfast, guided tours and entrance fee)
First day in Ilocos:Laoag
Marcos museum, cathedral, Laoag Sand Dunes (we paid additional Php 2500 in LSD to use the ATV and experience the Sand Surfing)
Second Day: Pagudpud
Pagudpud Windmills, trekking, Beach
Third Day: Vigan
Old City to buy souvenirs and Baluarte Zoo
